The Enfagrow Official Flagship Store is run by Mead Johnson Nutrition (Singapore) Pte. Ltd and all products are sold by and distributed by aCommerce Pte Ltd ("aCommerce").
The Enfagrow Official Flagship Store is intended for use by individual consumers who wish to have Mead Johnson Nutrition products for private consumption and delivered directly to a home, work or alternate destination within Singapore except restricted areas such as the following:
- Changi Cargo Complex/ Ferry Terminal
- ALPS Avenue
- Jurong Island
- Airport Link
- Lim Chu Kang
- Military Camp Bases
- Sembawang Park
- Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal
- Tuas View Extension
- Changi Airport
The Enfagrow Official Flagship Store reserves the right to audit customer ordering patterns at any time. If the volume and frequency of the individual’s orders indicate that of a reseller or a wholesaler, you may be removed from the ordering system and will be directed to the Retail or Wholesale department to be set up as a direct customer at our sole discretion.
All infant products ordered through the Enfagrow Official Flagship Store are sourced directly from Mead Johnson and will be managed by aCommerce according to the terms and conditions set out below. By submitting an order, the customer will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted these terms and conditions, notwithstanding any additional or different terms, conditions or instructions.
Product Shelf Life
aCommerce will ensure for all the orders processed through the Enfagrow Official Flagship Store will have a minimum of 6 months expiration date, unless explicitly stated in the listing page.
aCommerce accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shopify Payments for Internet orders.
Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are not amendable and not cancellable once the payment has been made. Please verify and review these terms and verify your order details before confirming the order. The Enfagrow Official Flagship Store orders will be processed and fulfilled by aCommerce.
You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. An SMS notification will be triggered to your mobile phone on the day of the delivery.
Due to size and packaging, your order could arrive in multiple boxes or shipments.
