- General Terms
1. To participate in this contest campaign, an eligible participant shall during the Period (each a “Participant”), do the following:
I. Spend on Enfagrow A+ official online store (https://shop.enfagrow.com.sg/) and be the top spender in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”)
^Not applicable for all Mead Johnson Nutrition Stage 1 and Stage 2 products. Please see paragraph 2 below for participating products.
II. One winner will be selected based on the top spending amount in a single transaction, on selected Enfagrow A+ products during the contest period.
III. Each Participant can enter the contest as many times as they want, as long as each entry is supported by a unique receipt (proof of purchase).
2. Participating products: Enfagrow A+ Stage 3 (900g/ 1.8kg ), Enfagrow A+ Stage 4 (900g/ 1.8kg ), Enfagrow A+ Stage 5 (900g/1.8kg), Enfamama A+ Vanilla 900g, Enfamama A+ Chocolate 900g, Enfagrow A+ Gentlease Stage 3 (900g)
3. Only entries that are considered as complete and correct by MJN will be eligible. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
4. Only original printed Proof of Purchase with proper item description will be accepted. MJN reserves the right to disqualify any Proof of Purchase that is modified, wrong, incomplete and unclear. Submissions that are late, incomplete and invalid details or without Proof of Purchase will be disqualified automatically. Proof of Purchase is not proof of receipt.
1. The winner will receive one Dyson Bladeless Fan M07 worth $779.
2. There is only 1 prize to win.
3. MJN may at its sole discretion, substitute any prizes with any item of similar value. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The estimated value of the prizes is correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis.
4. MJN shall not be liable for any misinterpretation of facts in respect of the prizes offered and published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJN makes no representations and/or warranties with respect to any prizes provided under the Promotion. In particular, MJN gives no warranty with respect to the merchantability, quality of the prizes or their suitability for any purpose.
5. MJN reserves the right to determine the delivery or collection (whichever applicable) arrangements of the prizes for the winner. It is the responsibility of the Participant to provide a correct, valid and complete address. MJN shall not be responsible for any non-receipt of any prizes. For the avoidance of doubt, MJN shall not be held responsible for any damage and/or loss to the prizes during the delivery and acceptance of the prizes and shall not accept delivery of any prizes returned by the winner for whatsoever reason. MJN shall further not be responsible for any prizes that re defective, lost, damaged or stolen.
1. One (1) winner will be selected based on the top spending amount on Enfagrow products in Enfagrow Stores on Enfagrow website https://shop.enfagrow.com.sg throughout the Contest period.
a) All qualified entries stand a chance to be the top spender.
b) The top spender will be identified on 13 November 2020 10am.
c) The winner shall be determined based on the total amount spent on a single receipt.
d) In the event of a tie where eligible spend amount are the same, a random selection using https://www.random.org/ will be done to determine the winners.
e) The winner will be contacted via telephone/email on best effort basis with maximum three (3) attempts of which the next 2 attempts will be made within the next 24 hours from the first all attempt.
f) MJN will arrange the prize to be delivered to the winner . The winner shall present personally the verification documents

The award of prizes will be subject to verification to the full satisfaction of MJN. Any Participants who do not comply with these. Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
I hereby confirm that I have read and acknowledged my understanding and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Mead Johnson Nutrition (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“MJN”) is the organiser of this Enfagrow A+ Top Spender Contest promotion campaign. This promotion starts on 2nd October 2020, 1100, to 2nd November 2020, 1100hrs.^. (“Period”).
2. This redemption is open to all Singaporean citizens, including permanent residents, foreigners with employment pass aged 18 years and above, except the directors, employees and immediate family members of MJN, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies (each referred to herein as a participant). Immediate family members refer to spouses, children, parents, parents in-law and siblings.
By participating in this contest campaign, each Participant represents and warrants that he/she has met the eligibility criteria stated in these redemption Terms and Conditions.
Promotion of top spender contest
1. This contest is held exclusively only on the Enfagrow A+ official online store (https://shop.enfagrow.com.sg). This contest is not for purchases made in Fairprice, Fairprice On, Sheng Siong, Cold Storage, Giant, Watson, Guardian, Jin Tai, Hao Mart Redmart, Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, https://shop.enfagrow.com.sg/ (“participating retailers”).

1. MJN’s determination of the eligible Participants shall be final, conclusive and binding. If the winner (or any alternate winner) cannot be contacted, the winner shall be deemed not to win this prize. If MJN has attempted to contact the winner and alternate winners and are unable to provide prizes to the winners, then MJN shall consider this prize as an unclaimed prize and shall thereafter deal with the prize in any manner that it deems fit. No correspondences shall be entertained.
2. By participating in this Promotion, participants will be deemed to (i) have consented to MJN and/or its sponsor (if any) to use any participant information which includes but it is not limited to their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), or future advertising and publicity purposes, unless otherwise notified in writing to MJN; and (ii) have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
3. MJN reserves the right to make additions, amendments, modifications to this Promotion and its related promotional materials, and/or cancel or suspend this Promotion from time to time without prior notice. 4. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, MJN (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the MJN’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the MJN) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the MJN; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the Promotion is cancelled or delayed for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the MJN; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Participant; or (g) use of the prize.
5. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner be required to sign and return to MJN any legal documentation in the form required by the MJN and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
6. The MJN collects personal information in order to conduct this Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties (located within and beyond Singapore), including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Singapore regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. MJN may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant. ^Participants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the MJN. All submissions become the property of the MJN.
7. MJN makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prizes or other items furnished by third parties in connection with this Promotion. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH ITEMS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND MJN HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY PARTY’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
8. MJN is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, of any means communication, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, any website or application, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services, used in connection with this Promotion.
