    How does the EnfaShop subscription plan works?​

    The EnfaShop subscription plan offers customers the option to purchase a 3 or 6 tin bundles of selected products on an automated 2 weeks / 4 weeks subscription delivery system.​


    The min. commitment deliveries is 3 deliveries.​


    Once you’ve made your first order, payment, delivery, and order confirmation for the subsequent months would be triggered 2 weeks / 4 weeks later.

    What happen after I signed up for the subscription plan?

    Upon signing up for our subscription plan, you will receive your ordered item within 2 – 3 working days once your order is confirmed and payment, successfully made. ​


    For deliveries in the subsequent weeks, payment will be triggered and automatically processed on the same day/date of each recurring subscription plan as the date you made your first order. You will receive your order within 2 – 3 working days once payment is successful.​


    Subscription will continue until you choose to cancel. Please note that there is a min. of 3 deliveries commitment period, during which cancellation is not allowed.

    Is there a specific date which I can make my order?

    You may place your order on any day of the month. However, please note that your subsequent deliveries will be triggered 2 – 3 working days once your order is confirmed and payment, successfully made. ​


    For every 4-weeks subscription : For example, if you made your first payment is on 5 August 2022, your next payment will be triggered on 2 September 2022. Delivery will take 2 – 3 working days once your order is confirmed and payment successfully made. ​


    For every 2-weeks subscription : For example, if you made your first payment on 5 August 2022, your next payment will be triggered on 19 August 2022. Delivery will take 2 – 3 working days once your order is confirmed and payment, successfully made.  

    When will I be charged for the subscription plan?

    For every 4-weeks subscription : For example, if you made your first payment on 5 August 2022 your next payment will be triggered on 2 September 2022. Delivery will take 2 – 3 working days. ​The payment process will be automated.​


    For every 2-weeks subscription : For example, if you made your first order on 5 August 2022, your next payment will be triggered on 19 August 2022. Delivery will take 2 – 3 working days. ​The payment process will be automated.


    For recurring week, the payment will only be deducted from your credit card on the day/date of each recurring month as the date you made your first order. ​

    When will my next delivery be?​

    Your delivery will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days after successful monthly payment. ​

    Can I change my delivery date?​

    If you are unavailable to receive your items for any reason, you may indicate your delivery instructions accordingly. Examples could be to place it in the shoe rack, riser.​


    Alternatively, you may choose to defer your upcoming delivery to the following week if you are unable to receive your order on your initial delivery date. Please ensure to defer your order 1 day before your payment date occurs. ​


    For every 4-weeks subscription : For example, if your initial payment date is on 5 August 2022 and you choose to defer your order, your next order will be charged on 12 August 2022 instead. The subsequent order will be charged on 2 September 2022 based on 4 weeks subscription delivery option.​


    For every 2-weeks subscription, if your initial payment date is on 5 August 2022 and you choose to defer your order, your next order will be charged on 19 August 2022 instead. The subsequent order will be charged on 19 August 2022 based on 2 weeks subscription delivery option..​


    Also, you may choose to skip your upcoming delivery and to continue the same delivery date on the following cycle. ​


    For every 4-weeks subscription : For example if your first delivery is on 8 August 2022 with 4 weeks subscription delivery option, your next delivery would be 5 September 2022. If you choose to skip for the upcoming delivery, your upcoming delivery would be 8 October 2022. The 3 min. commitment deliveries remain unchanged. ​


    For every 2-weeks subscription : For example if your first delivery is on 8 August 2022 with 2 weeks subscription delivery option, your next delivery would be 22 August 2022. If you choose to skip for the upcoming delivery, your upcoming delivery would be 5 September 2022. The 3 min. commitment deliveries remain unchanged. 

    Can I change my delivery frequencies to be weekly?

    At this point, we only offer bi-weekly/ monthly subscription plans with every 2 weeks/ 4 weeks delivery. ​

    Can I change my delivery address and contact details ?​

    Yes, but please note that it will impact on future order. Any order which is already been placed will remain on the original address /contact details. ​

    Can I change my product assortment on my subscription plan?​

    Yes, If you are looking to switch your product range, you will need to call xxx/ email address 7 days in advance to make changes to your current subscription plan. Please note that the changes will apply on the next delivery.

    Can I cancel my subscription plan after I signed up?​

    The min. commitment period for the subscription plan is 3 deliveries.​


    Yes, you may choose to cancel the plan after the min. commitment period.​


    Also, you may choose to cancel the plan due to unforeseen circumstances such as product out of stocks or formula improvement. 

    Can I cancel my subscription plan due to unforeseen circumstances such as the subscription product goes out of stocks? 

    We will contact you if the subscription product goes out of stocks. You may choose to cancel the plan anytime. ​


    Alternatively, we will put a pause to your subscription plan and resume the plan once the subscription product is available. 

    Can I cancel my subscription plan due to unforeseen circumstances such as changes in product ingredient/ packaging? 

    Yes, we will contact you should there be any changes to product packaging/ ingredient . You may choose to cancel the plan anytime if you wish to. ​


    Alternatively, you may choose to continue with your current subscription plan.

    Will my subscription plan continue to run after the min. commitment period? ​

    Yes, subscription plan will continue until you choose to cancel. ​


    Please remember to cancel the subscription plan if you do not need the subscription plan after the min. commitment period. ​

    Are there any sign-up fee to the EnfaShop subscription plan?​

    There are no sign-up charges for the EnfaShop subscription plan. ​


    There is a min. of 3 deliveries, after which you may cancel this subscription at any time

    Will I be eligible for any on-going voucher/ gift with purchase promotion on www.shop.enfagrow.com.sg?​

    The EnfaShop subscription plan provides the best promotions/discounts all year round. Hence, orders made under the subscription plan will not be eligible any on-going promotion. 

    How many subscription can I subscribe per cycle? ​

    You will be able to subscribe to a total of 3 subscription plan per cycle. ​
