    How will I receive the e-Gift Card?

    You will receive a Giftano e-Gift Card through your email that you have registered with us. The e-Gift Card will consist of a link that redirect you to Giftano website to redeem the Gift Card from your preferred brand from the specified choices.

    When will I be receiving the e-Gift Card ?

    We will verify your order and once verified, the e-Gift card will be delivered to your inbox within 21 days after campaign promotion ended. Note that the e-Gift Card will be send from Giftano server. Do ensure that your email details is correct to receive the e-Gift Card .


    What if I did not receive the e-Gift Card ?

    When do I need to redeem the e-Gift Card by?

    You should redeem it from Giftano website within 6 months from the day you received the e-Gift Card from Giftano in your email inbox.

    When is the Gift Card that I redeemed valid until?

    The validity period of the e-Gift Card varies depend on the brand you selected. Please check the terms & conditions of the Gift Card you have redeemed on Giftano website.
